Terms of Service

These terms apply to bilingualbots.com and to the call-answering, text-back, and website services that Bilingual Bots (a service of New Edition Enterprises LLC) provides to local businesses and their customers. By using our website or communicating with a business through one of our systems, you agree to these terms.

Text messaging program

• How you opt in. When you call a business that uses our missed-call text-back system and the call is not answered, you consent to receive a text reply from that business at the number you called from. Further texts are sent only in response to your own messages.
• Message frequency varies by conversation. This program does not send marketing messages.
• Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.
• Opting out. Reply STOP or ALTO at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one final confirmation text.
• Help. Reply HELP or AYUDA, or contact the business directly, or email bori@bilingualbots.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Automated assistants

Some replies you receive are generated by an automated assistant on behalf of the business. Assistants can take messages, answer general questions, and help arrange a callback or appointment. They cannot confirm pricing beyond what the business has published, diagnose problems, or make guarantees. Appointments and quotes are confirmed by the business itself. If something is urgent or safety-related, contact the business directly or call the appropriate emergency service.

Acceptable use

Do not use our website or messaging systems to send unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent content, or to attempt to interfere with the systems. We may block numbers that misuse the service.

For businesses we serve

Businesses that subscribe to our services are responsible for the accuracy of the business information we are given (hours, services, prices, service area) and for obtaining any consent required to message their own customers. Service pricing, scope, and cancellation terms are set out in each business's written agreement with us.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Our services are provided as-is. We do not guarantee that every call will be captured or every message delivered, since delivery depends on carriers and third-party platforms outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, New Edition Enterprises LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the services, and our total liability is limited to the amount paid to us for the service in the prior three months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.
